Italian - You will enjoy an assortment of Italian meats and cheeses, brociole, escarole in red wine, bruschetta, olives, peppers, pasta, tomato pie, risotto croquettes, antipasto skewers, and pesto chicken.

Seafood - Try our mussels lorenzo, clams casino, mini crab cakes, scallops wrapped in bacon, shrimp cocktail, oysters, seafood au gratin and crab claws.

Potato - Here is a new way to treat your guest to their favorite vegetable: roasted garlic mashed, potato martinis, potato skins stuffed with vegetables and cheese, potato with arugula.

Oriental - Enjoy your favorite bite size egg rolls, shumai, pot stickers, chow mein, shrimp twist, and sushi.

Pasta - Choose from tortellini alfredo, shrimp scampi with farfalle, penne in vodka sauce, and portobello ravioli in cream of pesto.

Butlered Hors D'oeuvres

Let our staff serve your guests mouth watering appetizers that include chicken cordon bleu, stuffed mushrooms, bagel pizza, assorted puff pastries, egg rolls, steamed chicken shumai, clams casino, mushrooms vol au vent, shrimp twist, crab bites, beef enchiladas, chicken bruschetta, vegetable pizza, franks in a blanket, scallops wrapped with bacon, and some surprises.

Latino Nuevo - testones, fried plantains, yuca frita, cuban pork spring, jerk chicken dumpling, adobo beef roll, arroz con habichuelas.

American - miniature beef tenderloin sandwiches, chicken wings with all the fixings, sliced baguette topped with roasted pork loin and peppers, chicken fingers with dips, skewered shrimp and salmon, and chicken pate.

Roasted Pig

The succulent meat is seasoned and roasted. Our chef will prepare this feast complete with an apple in its mouth, then serve your guests.
